- The Board
of Education of School District 15 and the Classroom Teachers'
Council of District 15 agree that they hold as a common objective
the education and welfare of the children of the District. Further,
it is recognized that there should be a formalized process by
which the Board and representatives of the Classroom Teachers'
Council can work toward a mutually satisfying agreement.
