B. Salary Schedules The salary schedules shall be Appendixes A-1, A-2, and A-3 of this Agreement. Each year Teachers will be appropriately placed on the salary schedule as determined by years of experience credit (step).
C. No Teacher, upon reaching a date that places him/her within four (4) years of retirement eligibility with TRS, shall receive an increase in any year's creditable earnings greater than six percent (6%) of his/her prior year's creditable earnings in any school year following such date, not withstanding any other terms of this agreement. The calculation of this date will be determined on an individual basis. |
