Safe Working Conditions

C. Disability Act/Safe Working Conditions
 
The Board recognizes its obligation to maintain a safe and healthy environment in compliance with applicable law. CTC representatives are to be advised that, in the event they should become aware of an unsafe or hazardous condition, they should report it to the principal. Principals are to be advised to be particularly sensitive to health and safety concerns. This provision is not subject to the grievance and arbitration process.
