Release Time for CTC President and Executive Board

- Prior
to the beginning of the school year, the Superintendent and the
President of CTC shall mutually agree to the amount of release
time for the CTC President and one member of the CTC Executive
Board which shall not exceed one-half time per person. The purpose
of release time for the Executive Board member shall be directly
related to quality improvement activities, fostering collaboration,
and developing consensus. At the President's or Superintendent's
request, the amount of release time may be reviewed during the
school year. The CTC will reimburse the school District for 50%
of the cost of one fulltime replacement Teacher at a rate equal
to step 0 of the BA lane on the salary schedule.
