A
Teacher who is unable to return to work after the exhaustion
of all sick days plus an additional twelve (12) months may be
terminated at the discretion of the Board, subject to any applicable
state or federal rule or regulation. The Teacher may continue
in the group health and group dental insurance programs, at the
Teacher's expense, during the twelve (12) month period following
the exhaustion of sick days. A Teacher who returns from such
leave shall not be guaranteed a particular position, but shall
instead be assigned to a position for which he/she is qualified.
