Association Leave

- 1.
The
Board agrees to let the CTC use up to forty (40) days per school
year for official Association business and/or attendance at state
conventions. The maximum number of days to be used by any one
Teacher shall not exceed the equivalent of twelve (12) days.

- 2. The CTC will
reimburse the District for the cost of substitutes for the last
thirty (30) of the forty (40) Association Leave days. Association
leave shall not adversely affect the continuity of the instructional
program.
