Attacks on Teachers

- The District
shall comply with Section 10-21.7 of the School Code. Upon receipt
of a written complaint from a Teacher, the Superintendent shall
report all incidents of battery committed against Teachers to
the local law enforcement authorities immediately after the occurrence
of the attack and to the Department of State Police's Illinois
Uniform Crime Reporting Program no later than three (3) days
after the occurrence of the attack.
