Flexible Benefit Plan

F. Flexible Benefit Plan
 
The District shall continue to make available to Teachers a flexible benefit plan. The flexible benefit plan shall include a Medical Care Spending Account with an annual maximum spending amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000) per Teacher and a Dependent Care Spending Account subject to an annual maximum spending amount as allowed by applicable law (As of October 1, 2006, the law provided $5,000 per year or $2,500 if married filing separately). Participation in either or both plans shall be voluntary. The details of the plan shall be jointly determined by the CTC and the District.
