Enrollment Period

C. Enrollment Period
 
1. For the 2006-2007 school year Teachers will be permitted to choose between the District's PPO health insurance program or the HMO program between September 1 and September 30, 2006. The effective date for changes in coverage shall be October 1st. A Teacher who fails to choose a plan by the deadline will automatically revert to the plan that he/she is currently enrolled in. All enrollment material will be provided to the Teachers no later than August 15, 2006.
 
2. For the 2007-2008 school year Teachers will be permitted to choose between the District's PPO health insurance program or the HMO program between May 1 and May 30, 2007. The effective date for changes in coverage shall be July 1, 2007. A Teacher who fails to choose a plan by the deadline will automatically revert to the plan that they are currently enrolled in. All enrollment material will be provided to the Teachers no later than April 15, 2007.
 
3. A representative from the District and from CTC will meet no later than October 15, 2007 to mutually determine the insurance enrollment period for the following school year.
