- A. It is recognized
that the negotiation and administration of this Agreement results
in expenses, which are appropriately shared by all Teachers.
To this end, if a Teacher does not join the Association within
30 days of commencement of his/her duties, or the effective date
of this Agreement, whichever is later, such Teacher(s) will:

- 1. Execute an authorization
for the deduction of a sum equivalent to the proportionate share
of the cost of the collective bargaining process and contract
administration.

- 2. Pay directly
to the Association a like sum.
