Board Collection of Fees

- In the
event that the Teacher does not execute an authorization or does
not pay his/her fair share fee directly to the Association by
thirty (30) days following the commencement of employment of
the Teacher or the effective date of this Agreement, whichever
is later, the Board shall deduct the fair share fee in equal
payments from the regular salary check of the Teacher. Such fee
shall be paid to the Association by the Board no later than ten
(10) days following deduction.
