Agreement made and entered into this 23rd day of October, 2006
by and between the Board of Education of Community Consolidated
School District 15 of Cook County, Illinois (hereinafter referred
to as the "Board" or "District") and the
Classroom Teachers' Council, "IEA-NEA" of District
15 (hereinafter referred to as the "CTC" or "Association").
